Halma Ventures Lead

Scope

I led Halma Ventures activity in APAC alongside responsibilities for innovation and digital growth. The role brought together strategic investment, open innovation, partnership development, and portfolio support.

Responsibilities and outcomes

• Executed and led strategic CVC investments in five companies from Seed to Series F.
• Led diligence on investments ranging from US$1m to US$10m.
• Built and negotiated term sheets, investment agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
• Supported portfolio governance, including board responsibilities with VAPAR.
• Led Halma's engagement with innovation ecosystems in Singapore, Israel, London, and Shenzhen.
• Created partnerships between Halma subsidiary companies and external start-ups to validate opportunities for innovation and growth.
